We are pleased to offer varied breakfast selections from omelets, eggs Bennedict, to French toast and Russian crepes with sour cream and preserves.  All dishes are garnished or constituted from vegetables and berries grown organically in our garden.  The eggs are from Grand Forks free range chickens.  Breakfast dishes are accompanied by a glass of Mariana’s fruit smoothies.   Her homemade jams and jellies from our black currents, blueberries, raspberries and sea buckthorn plants, are served as condiments.

More simple breakfast fares are also available, served continental style.  Dietary considerations are catered to, please advise before arriving so we can ensure proper ingredients are on hand.

Delicious home made dinners are also available if you chose.  Set menus feature ethnic tastes, from Rob’s Italian entrees, to Mexican dishes with salsas and adobo sauces prepared from scratch.  Rob’s Thai stir fry is a favorite, and Mariana’s Russian meatballs and cream sauce with mashed potatoes are delicious.  And, of course, good ol’ Canadian bbq’s of steak, ribs and burgers are always in season.

For dining, we offer three locations:  in the privacy of your suite; on the riverside patio, also in private; or on the upper level dining room deck…it’s your choice.
